Disembarkation is not like an arrivals hall. Two or three thousand people leave a ship inside a couple of hours, into a terminal with almost no parking and a taxi rank that empties in minutes. The Overseas Passenger Terminal has no terminal parking at all.
So we meet you at a place, not a kerb, and we do not charge for waiting. Pick your town below for the route home and a fixed price for that address.
The Overseas Passenger Terminal sits at West Circular Quay, east of the Harbour Bridge, and takes the largest ships. It has no terminal parking, which is exactly why a pre-arranged pickup beats hoping for a taxi.
White Bay Cruise Terminal is at Rozelle, west of the bridge, and handles mid-sized ships. Public transport to it is thin. Your ticket names the terminal — tell us which one and we will be at the right side of the bridge.
A ship berths when it berths. Customs and the luggage hall move at their own pace, and two thousand people are doing the same thing at the same time. Charging you for that would be charging you for something you cannot control.
We agree a meeting point before you sail rather than a kerbside guess, so stepping off the ship means walking to a spot you already know rather than scanning a crowd with three cases and a tired family.
Each town has its own page with the route home from both terminals and how to get a fixed price for that address.
Sailing out instead? The outbound cruise pages cover the same the towns we service, with terminal detail for the OPT and White Bay.
No. There is genuinely no waiting fee for a cruise pickup. Ships berth when they berth and customs moves at its own pace — that is not something you can control, so we do not charge you for it.

At a meeting point agreed before you sail, not a kerb. Disembarkation puts thousands of people outside in a short window, so a named spot beats scanning a crowd with luggage.
There is no terminal parking at the OPT. That is one of the reasons a pre-arranged pickup is worth more there than at an airport — the taxi rank empties fast once a ship is off.
Yes. Both White Bay and the Overseas Passenger Terminal are about $40 over the Sydney Airport fare for your town — from Goulburn that is $419 for one or two passengers. Every seat count is on your town’s cruise page, and nothing is charged until after your drop-off.
Yes. The fare is set by the passengers you book rather than per person, so a family or a group travelling together pays it once between them. Tell us the head count and the luggage and we will send the right van.
Yes — a terminal-to-airport run on the same day is a normal booking. Give us the disembarkation date and the flight number and we will build in the gap.
That is the whole trick. With the number we track the aircraft, so a late arrival moves the pickup on its own and never costs you a waiting fee.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship. Not stock photos.
