The trip out is a planning problem; the trip home is a waiting problem. Your flight is late, the bags take forty minutes, and the person who said they would collect you has been circling Mascot since ten past six.
We watch the aircraft instead of the clock. Pick your town below for the fare, the meeting point and how the pickup actually works at each terminal.
At T1 international it is the Rideshare Pickup Area inside the P7 building. At T2 and T3 domestic it is the Priority Pick-up area along the P1 walkway. Both are a short signed walk from the arrivals hall — you are not hunting for a car on a kerb.
Your driver messages the exact bay before you land, so you step outside to a name and a spot rather than a phone call and a description. If your phone is flat or your roaming has not woken up, the meeting point above is where the car will be.
Those are measured from when the aircraft is on the ground, not from your booked time. Customs, baggage, a long taxi to the gate, a toddler who needs changing before anyone gets in a car — all of it is inside the free window.
Because we track the aircraft, a two-hour delay is not a problem you have to solve at 1am from an airport corridor. The pickup moves with the flight and the fare does not change.
Every town in the Southern Tablelands has its own page with the fare, the meeting point and the wait policy for that trip. Find yours and the price is on the page — no form to fill in first.
Travelling the other way? The same the towns we service have outbound pages with published fares to Sydney Airport, and there are separate sets for Western Sydney Airport arrivals and cruise terminal pickups.
Up to 1 hour after the plane lands at T1 international, and 40 minutes at T2 and T3 domestic, at no extra cost. We track the aircraft, so the pickup moves with a delay automatically — there is no need to call us from the air or the carousel.

No. Pickups after 10pm or before 6am add a set $20. The fare is the same figure whatever the hour.
Yes. The published fare for your town covers the trip in either direction, and it is priced set by the passengers you book rather than per person.
Tell us when you book and we send a vehicle with the boot space for it. Extra bags are $5 each and bulky items $10 each — we just need to know it is coming so the right car turns up.
Yes, and it is common. The fare is per booking, so a group arriving together pays it once between them. Give us every name on the booking so the driver knows who to wait for.
The the towns we service above are the ones with their own page and published fare. If your address is not among them, ring us — the Southern Tablelands has a lot of localities and we would rather quote your actual address than turn you away.
That is the whole trick. With the number we track the aircraft, so a late arrival moves the pickup on its own and never costs you a waiting fee.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship. Not stock photos.
