Goulburn Airport Shuttle is a private, door-to-door transfer from your home in Goulburn to Sydney Airport — one fixed fare for the number of passengers you book, tolls included. Book now, pay the driver after drop-off.
Two hours up the Hume, door to terminal. We watch your flight and plan the pickup backwards from it.
Tolls, airport charges, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger are already in the figure. No deposit, free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, and you pay the driver after drop-off.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship. Not stock photos.
Goulburn Airport Shuttle is a Goulburn-based, NSW Point to Point accredited transfer operator (accreditation BSP-439561) that has been running airport transfers since 2018 with a team of more than ten drivers and vehicles. Two hours of highway, starting in the dark, is not a sideline for us — it is the entire business.
From $379 one way — a fixed, published fare for the number of passengers you book. Tolls, airport access charges, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger are included. No surge and no holiday loading; set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), after 8pm (+$10) or after 10pm (+$20), airport pickups (+$10) and extra bags ($5 each).

If more people travel than were booked, the fare for the larger group applies — we tell you before we set off, never after.
Not in Goulburn itself? Every town and locality we serve has its own published fare, from $355 at Tallong to $579 at Araluen.
The run from Goulburn is roughly 200 km, almost all of it dual carriageway on the Hume. In normal conditions plan on about two hours; we allow around two and a quarter door-to-terminal.
What moves the time is the M5 corridor and the airport approach in the weekday morning peak, plus winter fog on the Hume north of town. Weekends are gentler at the Sydney end and unchanged out here. We do not guess at any of this on the morning — it is already inside your confirmed pickup time.
We count backwards from the flight, never forwards from the alarm clock. For a 6am international departure the pickup is around 12:45 AM from Goulburn — three hours at the terminal, plus the drive, plus margin. For a 6am domestic flight it is roughly an hour later, around 1:45 AM.
Full leave-by tables and the reasoning are on the early morning flights page.
Three destinations, one fixed price each, both directions. The fare is published for every town and every seat count before you ask.
Goulburn $379
Door to terminal for T1, T2 and T3, both directions, from Goulburn and the towns around it. The flight number goes on the booking, so a delay moves your pickup instead of costing you a fare.

Goulburn $349
Opens 25 October 2026. A shorter run than Mascot — you leave the Hume before Sydney traffic starts — so it’s $30 less from every town. Goulburn to WSI is $349.

Goulburn from $369
Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay or White Bay at Rozelle, timed to your boarding window rather than the sailing time. Room for cruise luggage. From Goulburn: $419 White Bay, $449 OPT.
See fares & details →Sydney Airport is two hours from Goulburn on a good run. We allow two hours at the terminal for a domestic flight and three for an international one, then add the drive, so the pickup is worked backwards from your flight rather than forwards from your alarm.
The alternatives are a night in a Sydney hotel, a 4am drive of your own with the car left in airport parking, or a train that does not run early enough. We would rather you slept in your own bed until the driver knocks.
Yes. From Goulburn it is about 35 minutes shorter than the run to Mascot, because you leave the Hume before Sydney traffic starts, and the fare is $30 less — $349 one way for the number of passengers you book, tolls included.
Passenger flights begin 25 October 2026; freight has been moving through since 26 July. Jetstar flies first to Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Brisbane, Air New Zealand adds Auckland from 26 October, Singapore Airlines a daily Changi service from 23 November, and Qantas joins in March 2027.
What WSI does not do is replace Mascot. It serves a handful of routes; Sydney Airport has the rest. Check which airport is on your ticket — if it says Sydney (SYD) we take you to Mascot, if it says Western Sydney (WSI) we take you to Badgerys Creek. Same driver, same door-to-door service either way.
Sydney has two and they are nowhere near each other. The difference is the Harbour Bridge: ships too tall to pass beneath it berth on the city side, the rest go west. Your ticket says which one you need. We run to either, timed to your boarding window rather than the sailing time, with room for the bags a fortnight at sea actually needs. Coming home, we track the ship and wait out the disembarkation queue without a meter.
West Circular Quay, in the city centre. East of the Harbour Bridge, so it takes the largest ships. There is no parking at the terminal at all — driving yourself means commercial CBD parking for every day you are at sea.
From Goulburn $419 one way
Rozelle, about six kilometres west of the city centre. West of the bridge, for mid-sized ships that fit underneath. Public transport out there is thin, which is why a private transfer is usually the only sensible way to arrive with cruise luggage.
From Goulburn $419 one way
Four sizes, and the fare is set by the number of passengers you book — so the figures below are what the whole group pays between them, not each. We send a vehicle to suit; we don’t guarantee a particular one. Goulburn fares shown; your own town’s prices are on its page.

Goulburn to Sydney Airport and Sydney Airport to Goulburn are the same fixed fare, and the same goes for Western Sydney Airport and the cruise terminals. Pick the run you need and the page has the fare, the pickup timing and how the meeting point works.
Door to T1, T2 or T3 for any departure time. From $379 for one passenger, fixed before you book, tolls included.
Fares & pickup times →The trip home. We track the flight, meet you at the pickup area for your terminal and wait up to an hour at T1 without a meter.
How the pickup works →Passenger flights from 25 October 2026. A shorter run than Mascot and $30 less — $349 from Goulburn.
Western Sydney Airport fares →One terminal to find instead of three, then straight south onto the Hume without re-entering Sydney.
Return transfers →Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay or White Bay at Rozelle, timed to your boarding window, with room for cruise luggage.
Cruise transfer fares →We track the ship and wait out the disembarkation queue. No waiting fee, and you sleep most of the way home.
Disembarkation pickups →Booking a transfer from Goulburn or any town around it should take one message and no haggling over the price.
Your address, the flight number and how many of you are travelling. That is the whole enquiry — we do not need a card and we will not ask for one.
We work backwards from check-in, add the margin the Hume actually needs at that hour, and send the time back in writing with the fixed fare beside it.
At your door, not a kerb you had to walk to. Child seats are already fitted and the boot is sized for what you told us you are carrying.
At the terminal door, once you are there. The figure is the one you were quoted — no meter, no surge, nothing added for the hour or the date.
We are one of four realistic options and we are not right for all of them. Here is where each one genuinely wins.
| Option | Price shape | Works at 2am? | Best when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Our shuttle | Fixed, by passengers booked | Yes (+$20 before 6am) | Two or more people, or any pre-dawn flight |
| Train | Per person | No service | One traveller, mid-morning flight, light bags |
| Taxi or rideshare | Metered or surged | Coverage is thin | Short local trips, not a two-hour airport run |
| Drive and park | Fuel + daily parking | If you are driving | One or two nights away, and you want the car there |
Prices for the other three move constantly, so we do not publish figures we cannot stand behind — check them on the day and put them beside ours. For two or more passengers we are almost always the cheapest per person, and for pre-dawn flights usually the only realistic plan.
Give us the flight number and we track the aircraft. A delay moves the pickup at no charge, and the driver waits up to an hour after landing at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 without a meter. Then walk to the pickup area for your terminal and message the driver.
Exit Terminal 1 and the P7 parking building is directly in front of you. Go inside and follow the signs for Rideshare Pickup Area, on the left-hand side at the far end of P7.
Exit T2 Arrivals, cross at the lights toward the P1 walkway and take the first right at the Priority & Express Pick-up sign. Follow the covered walkway to the Priority Pick-up area.
Exit T3 Arrivals, cross at the lights and continue along the P1 walkway, then take the first left. Keep going until you reach the Priority Pick-up area.
Goulburn Airport Shuttle is $379 one way for one passenger to Sydney Airport, fixed before you book and including tolls and the airport access charge. Fares are published for every seat count up to eleven, so a couple pays $379 between them and four people pay $409. Western Sydney Airport is $30 less at $349.
About two hours door to terminal — roughly 180 km up the Hume Motorway and along the M5. Allow closer to two and a half hours if you arrive in Sydney between 6:30am and 9:30am on a weekday. We build that into your pickup time, so you do not have to guess.
A metered taxi over that distance typically runs well over $400 each way, and very few Goulburn taxis will commit to a 2am airport run in advance. Our fare for the same trip is $379, fixed in writing, with the pickup time confirmed the day you book.
No. The Southern Highlands line takes you to Campbelltown or Central, then you change to the Airport Link train, which is around three hours all up with luggage. The first morning service also arrives too late for most early departures. Our train comparison has the timetable side by side.
We work backwards from the flight. We allow two hours at the terminal for a domestic flight and three for an international one, plus the two-hour drive. For a 6am departure that is a 1:45am pickup in Goulburn for domestic and 12:45am for international. The exact time is confirmed in writing when you book, with a margin for fog and roadworks on the Hume.
Neither exactly. The fare is set by the number of passengers you book: one price for 1 passenger, another for 2, and so on up to 11, all published on this site. We choose the vehicle to suit that number, so please book the number of people who will actually travel — extra passengers on the day change the fare.
No deposit and no card held. You pay the driver after you have been dropped off, by card, cash or PayID.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time, and changes to the date, time or passenger count are free at any point before then — just reply to your confirmation email.
Yes, and they are free. Tell us the children’s ages on the booking form and the right capsule, seat or booster is fitted before the driver leaves the depot.
Give us the flight number and we track the aircraft, so a late landing moves the pickup at no charge. Waiting is free for up to an hour after landing at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3. Your driver messages the meeting point before you land.
Passenger flights begin 25 October 2026. Freight has been moving through Badgerys Creek since 26 July 2026. Jetstar flies first to Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Brisbane, with Air New Zealand to Auckland from 26 October, Singapore Airlines to Changi daily from 23 November, and Qantas from March 2027.
We are taking bookings for WSI transfers now, for travel on or after the opening date.
Your ticket says. The Overseas Passenger Terminal is at West Circular Quay in the city centre, east of the Harbour Bridge, and takes the largest ships. White Bay Cruise Terminal is at Rozelle about six kilometres west, on the other side of the bridge, for mid-sized ships that can pass beneath it.
We service both, timed to your boarding window rather than the sailing time.
