We meet you in the arrivals hall past customs. The clock does not start when your wheels touch down — a slow bag or a long queue costs you nothing, because we are watching the flight rather than a meter.
Message the driver when you have your bag and walk out to the pickup zone. The car is there as you reach the door, which on a domestic arrival usually means no waiting at all.

The Hume at 11pm is empty and well lit as far as Marulan, and the last stretch into town takes minutes. Most passengers on this run sleep through the middle of it, which is rather the point of not driving yourself after a long flight.

Tell us the bag count when you book, not at the kerb. A fortnight away and a duty-free haul is a different boot to a weekend carry-on, and we would rather send the right vehicle than discover the problem while you are standing in a pickup zone. Cruise luggage is carried on the same basis.
