Norwood is grazing country a short way off the Crookwell Road, twenty minutes from town. Quiet, unlit, and completely ordinary territory for us.
Give us the road and the gate. The run into Goulburn and onto the Hume is one we make daily.
Every booking is a private airport transfer — your group, your vehicle, no other pickups. We collect at your Norwood address and drop at your terminal door: T1 for international flights, T2 and T3 for domestic. A sedan for one or two, a Kia Carnival for three or four, a people mover for five or six, and an 11-seat minibus for family and group airport transfers.
Give us the flight number and we track the aircraft. Your driver messages the exact meeting spot before you land, holds the car up to an hour at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, and a delayed flight moves the pickup automatically at no charge. Details on the airport pickup points page.
The route: via the Hume Highway (M31). See the Goulburn City & Surrounds page for what this corridor is like at the hours airport runs actually leave.
From $379 one way — a fixed, published fare set by the number of passengers you book. Tolls, airport access charges, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger are included. No surge and no holiday loading; set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), after 8pm (+$10) or after 10pm (+$20), airport pickups (+$10) and extra bags ($5 each).

Return trips are the same fare each way, plus $10 when we collect you from the airport. The only things that change a quote are what actually changes the job: more passengers than booked, a different destination, or an extra stop — and we tell you before we set off, never after.
Four sizes, and the fare follows the vehicle rather than the head count — so the price below is what the whole group pays between them, not each. Every one carries free child seats, and tolls and airport charges are already inside the figure.

Passenger count picks the vehicle first; luggage settles it. Four adults each with a large case and a carry-on is a People Mover booking in practice, not a Kia Carnival one — tell us what you are carrying and the right vehicle turns up. Full capacities on the fleet page, and every Norwood fare from one to eleven seats is in the table above.
The run from Norwood is roughly 200 km, almost all of it dual carriageway on the Hume. In normal conditions plan on about two hours in normal conditions; we allow around two and a quarter door-to-terminal.
What moves the time is the M5 corridor and the airport approach in the weekday morning peak, plus winter fog on the Hume north of town. Weekends are gentler at the Sydney end and unchanged out here. We do not guess at any of this on the morning — it is already inside your confirmed pickup time.
We count backwards from the flight, never forwards from the alarm clock. For a 6am international departure the pickup is around 12:45 AM from Goulburn — three hours at the terminal, plus the drive, plus margin. For a 6am domestic flight it is roughly an hour later, around 1:45 AM. Your exact Norwood time is confirmed in writing when you book.
Full leave-by tables and the reasoning are on the early morning flights page.

Uber and rideshare rarely cover this district at the hours airport runs leave, and surge pricing applies when they do. A country taxi to Sydney is a metered job with no fixed price and often a return-leg charge. The train reaches Central, not the airport, and does not run early enough for morning departures. Driving and parking means the round trip twice, tired at both ends, plus parking for every day you are away.
Our fare is fixed, published, set by the passengers you book and door to terminal — which is why for two or more passengers we are almost always the cheapest per person, and for pre-dawn flights usually the only realistic plan. The full working is on the comparison pages: train, taxi & rideshare, airport parking, and all four side by side.
Service area, not a depot — the vehicles come to you. Norwood sits in our Goulburn City & Surrounds region.
Same fixed fare, same pay-after-drop-off — every destination has its own Norwood page and published price.
Same fixed-fare model, same pay-after-drop-off, each with its own published fare and page.
$379 one way for one or two passengers, up to $559 for eleven. That is the fixed, published price for the passengers you book - it does not change with the time of day, the traffic or the date.
The run is roughly 200 km, almost all of it dual carriageway on the Hume. Plan on about two hours in normal conditions; we allow around two and a quarter door-to-terminal. The variables are the M5 corridor and the airport approach in the weekday morning peak, plus winter fog on the Hume north of town - all built into your confirmed pickup time.
Around 12:45 AM from Goulburn - we count backwards from the flight: check-in deadline, the drive, and margin for conditions. Your exact Norwood time is confirmed in writing when you book.
We allow two hours at the terminal for a domestic flight rather than three, so the pickup lands roughly an hour later than the international time for the same departure. Give us the flight number and the exact time comes in writing.
Yes - pre-dawn is most of what we do. A pickup before 6am adds a set $20 to the fare. Pickups before 6am add $20, after 8pm $10 and after 10pm $20.
Yes, both directions, at the published fare plus set fees for pickups before 6am (+$20), after 8pm (+$10) or after 10pm (+$20). We track your flight, so a late landing is met when it actually arrives.
You get a message with the exact meeting spot before you land - T1 international or T2/T3 domestic. We track the flight, and there is no waiting fee for a delay or slow customs.
Yes - to and from both the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and White Bay at Rozelle, with room for cruise-sized luggage. Cruise fares are published: $419 to White Bay and $419 to the Overseas Passenger Terminal for one or two passengers, every seat count on the cruise page.
Yes. Sydney Airport to your accommodation, accommodation to the airport or cruise terminal, and point-to-point runs - all pre-booked at a fixed price.
Yes. Our 11-seat minibus handles wedding parties, work crews and family groups, including late-night returns. Multi-pickup runs from several addresses are quoted as one fixed job.
Free, fitted before we leave, and checked. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters - just give us the ages at booking.
Yes - the minibus takes up to eleven with genuine luggage room. From Norwood that is $559 for eleven passengers, about $51 a head at full count.
Rideshare rarely covers this district at airport-run hours, and a country taxi to Sydney is metered with no fixed price - so the honest answer is that we are usually the only fixed-price door-to-door option, and for two or more passengers almost always the cheapest per person.
Tolls and airport access charges are inside the published fare. No deposit, no card held - you pay the driver after drop-off by card, cash or PayID.
Yes, and it is the same fare each way, plus $10 for an airport pickup. Give us both flight numbers and both legs are confirmed together.
A few days ahead is comfortable; school holidays and long weekends fill first. Ringing tonight for tomorrow morning? Ring anyway - we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Goulburn Airport Shuttle is a Goulburn-based service-area business covering the towns across Goulburn Mulwaree, the Upper Lachlan Shire and Queanbeyan-Palerang — not a Sydney operator with a regional phone number.
More about how we work — and why every fare is published — on the about page.
Airport, cruise, hotel, wedding or group — fixed price confirmed in writing, no deposit, pay after drop-off.
