No surge and no holiday loading; set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), after 8pm (+$10) or after 10pm (+$20), airport pickups (+$10) and extra bags ($5 each).

Jetstar arrives from Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Brisbane from 25 October 2026. Air New Zealand brings the first international arrivals from Auckland on 26 October 2026, and Singapore Airlines starts a daily Changi service on 23 November 2026. Domestic and international under the same roof. Whatever you flew in on, you walk out of the same building and the car is on the other side of it.
