Which flights land here

When can I actually arrive at WSI?

Passenger arrivals run from 25 October 2026; freight came first, on 26 July 2026. If you are booking a pickup, the thing to check is which airport your inbound flight actually lands at — Badgerys Creek and Mascot are an hour apart.

Jetstar arrives from Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Brisbane from 25 October 2026. Air New Zealand brings the first international arrivals from Auckland on 26 October 2026, and Singapore Airlines starts a daily Changi service on 23 November 2026. Qantas adds Brisbane and Melbourne from 28 March 2027.

Where we meet you

How will I find my driver at Western Sydney Airport?

There is one terminal, so the answer is short. Your driver messages the meeting point before you land and waits inside the Nancy-Bird Walton Terminal — no terminal transfer, no shuttle bus between buildings, and no working out which of three doors you came through.

ONE

Nancy-Bird Walton Terminal

Domestic and international under the same roof. Whatever you flew in on, you walk out of the same building and the car is on the other side of it.

WAIT

Customs and baggage

We track the aircraft, so a delayed landing moves the pickup automatically at no charge. Once you are down the car is held for up to an hour at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3.

GO

Straight out, straight south

South on the Hume to Goulburn, then north again up the Taralga Road. You are on the Hume without re-entering Sydney, which is the practical reason this airport suits Tablelands travellers.

Landing at Mascot instead? That fare is published: see Sydney Airport to Fullerton, from $559, with the T1, T2 and T3 meeting points on the airport pickup points page.

The drive home

How long is the run from WSI to Fullerton?

South on the Hume to Goulburn, then north again up the Taralga Road. You leave the highway at Goulburn, then the Taralga Road.

The country leg is unchanged - it is the Sydney end that gets simpler. The Taralga Road after dark is still driven to the conditions.

Finding your door in the dark

Give us the property and the approach. No surcharge for gravel, ever. A rural locality south-west of Taralga in the Upper Lachlan.

What it costs

WSI fares are not published on this site, and we would rather leave a gap than post a number we might have to walk back. Tell us the flight, the address and how many of you are travelling; you get a fixed price in writing, and no deposit either way.

The corridor: see the Taralga & Northern Villages page for what this route is like at the hours arrivals actually land.

The vehicles

Which vehicle will be waiting?

Four sizes, and the fare follows the vehicle rather than the head count — so the price below is what the whole group pays between them, not each. Every one carries free child seats, and tolls and airport charges are already inside the figure.

Passenger count picks the vehicle first; luggage settles it. Four adults each with a large case and a carry-on is a People Mover booking in practice, not a Kia Carnival one — tell us what you are carrying and the right vehicle turns up. Before you land

Frequently asked about WSI to Fullerton transfers.

When do passenger flights start arriving at Western Sydney Airport?

Passenger arrivals run from 25 October 2026; freight has run through Badgerys Creek since 26 July 2026. Check which airport your inbound flight actually lands at before booking a pickup.

Which terminal do I come out of at WSI?

There is only one: the Nancy-Bird Walton Terminal, handling domestic and international under the same roof. No terminal transfer, and no shuttle between buildings.

How much is a transfer from WSI to Fullerton?

From $529 one way for one or two passengers, up to $699 for eleven — a fixed fare for the passengers booked, tolls and child seats included. WSI is about $30 less than the same run to Mascot because the drive stops short of the M5 corridor. Every seat count is in the fare table on this page.

What if my flight into WSI is delayed?

We track it. The pickup moves to match the new landing time at no extra charge, and there is the car held for up to an hour at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3.

Do the northern villages get the same WSI service?

Yes. The Taralga Road leg is unchanged; only the Sydney end of the trip is different, and it is the easier end now.

Can I book now for a flight in October?

Yes. Travel from 25 October 2026 onward is bookable, the price is fixed in writing when we confirm, and nothing is charged until after you are home.

Opening dates and airline schedules come from the Prime Minister’s announcement and the Department of Infrastructure, checked 29 August 2026.

Who is driving you

Locally operated, accountable, and on the record.

We are a Goulburn-based operator working the Southern Tablelands. Airport transfers are the whole business, which is why we are set up for Badgerys Creek arrivals from its first week of passenger operations rather than a season later.

Our Sydney Airport fares for every town we service, Fullerton included, are published on this site rather than quoted on the phone. WSI fares are published the same way — $529 for one or two passengers from Fullerton.
